Deepika Padukone’s latest all-green outfit for Grazia Awards receives a massive troll

The actress even though appeared pretty gracious but, definitely this is not Deepika’s fashion sense and this is why she received a lot of mixed reactions for her outfit on social media.

Bollywood actress Deepika Padukone is one such diva, who has successfully impressed her fans every now and then with not just her roles in movies like Padmaavat, Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani, Bajirao Mastani, Chennai Express and many more but, also been a style icon, too. Not only has she conquered the Indian film industry, but all thanks to her phenomenal acting prowess and unmatchable on-screen presence, the actress has simply carved out a niche for herself in the Hollywood, too. Deepika has never failed in making all heads turn whenever making a public appearance but, this time it was her outfit at the Grazia Millennial Awards, which has gained more limelight.

The actress wore an oversized all green ensembles with a cape at the recent Grazia Millennial Awards in Mumbai, teamed up with green pants, plums and ribbon, making her appear in an all green look. Soon this look of Deepika became a topic discussion and was trolled by netizens on the social media. While one user called the actress as a ‘ladyfinger’, another commented it to be: “Ranveer effect.”

Meanwhile, on the work front, Deepika has recently wrapped up the last schedule of Meghna Gulzar’s next flick titled Chhapaak. The film is in headlines since its very inception as it’s based on the true life events of an acid attack victim Laxmi Aggarwal. The film will also star Vikrant Massey in a pivotal role collaborating with Deepika for the first time with the Meghna’s directorial.

Recently, in an interview with a media platform, the filmmaker revealed a bit on Deepika’s role mentioning that she has perfectly essayed to the character of Malti. Meghna also quoted, “I really think it takes a tremendous amount of grounding of yourself to be able to get out of your skin and be able to completely immerse yourself into someone else’s skin. She completely shed off things as we know of her as Deepika Padukone, the face, the brand, the actor. She shed it all to play this part. That takes a lot of grit.”

Deepika has recently announced the wrap-up of Chhapakk sharing a social media post captioned: “& it’s a wrap on THE MOST PRECIOUS film of my career…see you all at the movies! 10.1.2020 #Chhapaak.”
