Catch Ek Yodha Shoorveer Trailer starring Prabhu Deva, Genelia D’Souza, Vidya Balan
Ek Yodha Shoorveer is set in the background of a clan of warriors based in North Kerala who all belong to 16th century. The story of the film has come from Chirkkal Kelu Nayanar who is a man with a mission to assassinate Vasco Da Gama. Kelu meets a Muslim warrior known as princess Ayesha of Arackal Sultanate played by Genelia D’Souza. Kelu has a legendary golden Urumi, made from the ornaments of dead children and women who were burnt alive in a ship, which was going to Mecca for Hajj. It was set on fire and was sunk in the sea as per the instructions made by Vasco Da Gama. The film is directed by Santosh Sivan, while it features Prithviraj Sukumaran, Genelia D’Souza, Prabhu Deva, Vidya Balan and Tabu in the pivotal roles.
