Is Saif Ali Khan coming with Aamir Khan for Vikram Vedha remake?
The last time we saw Aamir Khan and Saif Ali Khan was in the Farhan Akhtar film Dil Chahta Hai in 2001. Since then they have never worked together. However, now we hear that the Dil Chahta Hai co-stars playing Sameer (Saif) and Akash (Aamir) are all set to come together on a silver screen. Some reports suggest that the duo would come along at Vikram Vedha remake film.
The film will have Saif Ali Khan seen in a baddie, while Aamir has been approached to play the protagonist’s role. Now, that’s an interesting kind of reunion when two friends in their earlier film would play foes in the next. When Saif Ali Khan was asked to comment on the same, he confirmed that he was approached for the movie. However, he added that the role is yet to be discussed with him, hence he is not sure he would play the said baddie role in it.
Also, he said it would be unfair to comment on it as its too early for the same. In the earlier reports, Aamir Khan was seen playing the most wanted Bhai called Vedha which was played by the South Superstar Vijay Sethupathi, while Saif would be playing R Madhavan’s role of a police officer. Pushkar Gayatri who directed the original film will be directing the project. It was a suspense thriller and termed as a big hit of 2017. The Hindi remake will have Y Not Studios and Neeraj Pandey together to produce it. Stay tuned to know more about the film and others only with us.
