Nawazuddin Siddiqui’s next romantic comedy ‘Jogira Sara Ra Ra’ will see him return to the big screen after a long absence. The teaser for the film has been released, and it features him alongside Neha Sharma.

The teaser begins with Nawazuddin introducing himself as ‘Jogi Pratap,’ saying, “jiska koi jugaad kabhi fail nahi hota.” Soon after, Neha Sharma appears as a bride, riding a horse with her baaraat, but Nawazuddin is seen fleeing with a woman on his shoulder. Neha Sharma appears, slamming Nawazuddin for his failed intentions. A lot of things tend to go wrong in their plan, resulting in multiple mishaps.

The teaser concludes with Nawazuddin complaining to his family about the saree and sweets he bought, but two girls are seen filming him on video so that he can be trolled online when the world sees how he talks to the women of the house.

The short teaser gives you a decent indication of the film’s lighter tone, and Nawazuddin, who is usually hailed for his tragic roles, looks fantastic in a funny role.

The film also stars Sanjay Mishra, Zarina Wahab, and Mahakshay Chakraborty in pivotal roles. ‘Jogira Sara Ra Ra,’ directed by Kushan Nandy and produced by Naeem A. Siddiqui, is set to hit theatres on May 12, 2023.

Meanwhile, the Gangs of Wasseypur actor is embroiled in a legal dispute with his ex-wife Zainab. The actor had launched a lawsuit against his ex-wife to find out whereabouts of his two children. The actor claimed that his ex-wife Zainab had returned the children to India without alerting him and that they were not attending school in Dubai, but because the former couple was attempting to settle their differences amicably, the actor decided not to continue the defamation complaint against her.
