OMG: Singer Kailash Kher hurled with bottle in his concert in Karnataka

The singer – Kailash Kher has been a known singer and is popular for his unique voice. The singer is in the news for facing heckling in Hampi, Karnataka where he was singing at a concert. The  bottle was thrown on the veteran singer as he did not sing any Kannada song at the concert. The local crowd was angry as the singer was only singing Hindi songs, which was the closing session of the popular music festival called Hampi Utsav, claimed the police. The local police have arrested two people in connection with the incident and have taken their statements. 

The singer was performing when we saw the bottle coming towards him, which missed hitting him. It dropped on the stage going behind the singer. However, the singer remained undistracted and continued his performance. Later, the official was seen removing the bottle from his stage. The Hampi Ustav is a 3 days music festival, which is annually organized by the Karnataka government that pays homage to the former Vijayanagara Empire.

For those who do not know Kher, he is a versatile and soulful singer from India who has made a name for himself in the music industry with his unique and powerful voice. He started singing devotional and Sufi songs but soon became a playback singer for Bollywood films. Kher is known for his soulful voice, unique style and range, which sets him apart from other singers. He has lent his voice to numerous hit songs in Hindi and regional films, including “Teri Deewani,” “Ya Rabba,” “Allah Ke Bande,” “Chaandan Mein,” and “Saiyyan.” He has also sung in other languages, such as Bengali, Marathi, and Punjabi, making him one of the most versatile singers in India.

Aside from his singing career, Kher is also a songwriter, composer and music director. He has written and composed several songs for Bollywood films, as well as for his own albums. He has also won numerous awards for his music, including the National Film Award for Best Male Playback Singer, and several Filmfare Awards.
