Tiger Nageswara Rao Day 1 vs. Bhagavanth Kesari Day 2: Box Office Showdown – Ravi Teja’s Film Starts with Moderate Success, While Nandamuri Balakrishna’s Starrer Experiences Over 50% Drop

Nandamuri Balakrishna’s two most recent films, Veera Simha Reddy and Bhagavanth Kesari, have both had similar box office performances. Both films had terrific openings, but their collections dropped significantly after the release of other major films.

Veera Simha Reddy was released on January 12, 2023, and faced competition from Chiranjeevi’s Waltair Veerayya, which was released the next day. As a result, Veera Simha Reddy’s collections dropped sharply. Bhagavanth Kesari was released on October 20, 2023, and faced competition from Ravi Teja’s Tiger Nageswara Rao, which was released the next day. Again, Bhagavanth Kesari’s collections dropped significantly after the release of the other film.

Nandamuri Balakrishna’s latest film, Bhagavanth Kesari, has suffered at the box office due to the release of Ravi Teja’s Tiger Nageswara Rao. Despite enjoying good pre-release buzz, Bhagavanth Kesari only managed to collect Rs. 9 crores on its opening day. This is an alarming sign for the film, as it suggests that it may not be able to sustain its momentum in the coming days and weeks.

The film’s poor performance is likely due to a number of factors. Firstly, it is facing stiff competition from Tiger Nageswara Rao, which has received better reviews from critics and audiences alike. Secondly, Bhagavanth Kesari is reportedly not a very good film, with many critics criticizing its slow pacing, predictable plot, and lack of emotional depth.

Ravi Teja’s latest film, Tiger Nageswara Rao, has been receiving poor to average reviews from critics and audiences alike. The film’s opening day performance was also underwhelming, and it is likely to find it difficult to sustain on weekdays.

This has given Nandamuri Balakrishna’s Bhagavanth Kesari a chance to shine at the box office. Bhagavanth Kesari earned Rs. 17 crores on its opening day, but its collections dropped by over 50% on day 2 to Rs. 8 crores. This is likely due to the arrival of Tiger Nageswara Rao and the fact that it was a regular working day.

Bhagavanth Kesari needs to hit at least the Rs. 12 crore mark today in order to have a chance to shine during weekdays. On the other hand, Tiger Nageswara Rao needs to do heavy lifting today by aiming for at least Rs. 13 to 14 crores.
