Payal Ghosh to Go a Hunger Strike for Taking Action against Anurag Kashyap
We have seen the feud between the filmmaker Anurag Kashyap and the actress Payal Ghosh about the allegation on the former for rape. She went on to lodge a complaint against the director saying that he had raped her in 2013 apart from molested her once and it was a close escape for her. She filed an FIR alleging the filmmaker to have so many sections against him. But now we see the lady is putting pressure to take action against the director.
As per the lady’s interview, she was called by the police to record her statement and we also hear that they are now gearing up to call Anurag Kashyap against the same. It’s been a week to see the complaint and FIR was lodged against the filmmaker. And as per reports, Ghosh this Sunday had visited the Versova Police Station demanding a strict and quick action against the filmmaker. She had even tweeted the PM Of India along with the PMO requesting to take legal action against the same.
Payal now feels that if no action is taken against the director, she is going to sit on hunger strike so that additional pressure can be applied to the Police to take the required action. To put a recap, the lady has earlier alleged that Kashyap was trying to molest her and was nude before her when she visited his home in 2013. She then alleged that the filmmaker raped him.
