Jaalbandi gets closest to the definition of a ‘perfect film’

Pijush Saha directed Bengali film Jaalbandi based on the thriller story of famous novelist Samresh Majumdar was finally released. staring newcomer Prince, Darshana, Payal. also stars June Maliah, Pampa Saha, Dipankar Dey and Kharaj Mukherjee in pivotal roles.
The story of the movie around Anish (Prince) who gets a job in an insurance company. He starts as an agent who is desperate to build his career. The responsibilities of delivering insurance targets for his company and at the same time assuring security to the helpless take a toll on young Anish. His life changes forever in 72 crucial hours, and he gets to realize the real essence of values in life and relationships. He faces the harsh reality of our corrupt society and gradually gets trapped in a series of shocking events. What happens next forms the crux of the film.
Although Prince’s first film, his performance is admirable. In the first movie, he left no stone unturned to enhance his character. It was brave of Prince to take this bold step in his first film. Darshana, Payala Sarkar, June Malia, Ranojoy are actors who have crossed the point where they need my validation.
The rest of the actors and supporting cast, Kharaj Mukherjee’s comedy timing or Dipankar De’s performance does not raise any question in Bengali, in which case the question should not arise.
On the negative side, many people do not have the courage to say anything about the story of Samresh Majumdar, to be honest, I do not have the courage, but the script of the story cut through the tension, and some parts of the screenplay could have been a little smarter. It was noticed from time to time, although it is normal to say that it is the first movie, if these few things can be put aside, then the viewers are waiting for a thrilling story to be seen on the movie screen.
Director Pijush Saha’s storytelling skills have always been remarkable. Pijush Saha has to be truly applauded for coming out of the kind of commercial movies that have been going on for the last few years and for making such a great movie. In terms of song/music, bumper policy and Piya Jaago are bound to take place in the minds of the audience.
All said and done, Jaalbandi gets closest to the definition of a ‘perfect film’. A crazy ride of entertainment filled with characters you’ll still keep thinking about way after the end credits roll. A must-watch!
