Payal Rajput is an actress who is active on small screen and regional cinema. She was born on 5th December 1990 in Amritsar Punjab and was brought up at that place only. She was fond of acting and used to participate in a number of cultural activities and shows. After she completed her studies, she headed to Mumbai to pursue her dream career in the field of acting. She soon got the chance to work in TV show called Sapnon Se Bhare Naina playing the role of Sonakshi in it. She then got the character of Siya in the TV show called Aakhir Bahu Bhi Toh Beti Hee Hai and in Gustakh Dil as Ishaani.
She then got the other show called Mahakumbh: Ek Rahasaya, Ek Kahani as Maya. She was also seen in other TV shows including Yeh Hai Aashiqui as Jayashree, Pyaar Tune Kya Kiya as Reva Raichand, Yeh Hai Aashiqui as Fiza, Darr Sabko Lagta Hai as Poonam (Episode 21, “Payal”) to name a few. She was also opened her inning in films with Punjabi film called Channa Mereya playing Kainaat Dhillon in it. Some of her other films include Veerey Ki Wedding, RX 100, Mr & Mrs 420 Returns and Marriage Palace.
Some of her recent films include N.T.R: Kathanayakudu playing Jaya Sudha asa Special appearance. She also appeared in Ishqaa Sita as Herself in the Song and RDX Love. Her upcoming movies include Disco RajaFilms, AngelFilms and Venky mamaFilms to name a few. Talking about awards, she bagged the Filmfare Awards Punjabi for the Best Debut Female – 2018 and Dada Saheb Phalke Awards for the South-best debut actress- Telugu. Talking about her personal life, she is single and not ready to mingle as she is focussing on her career.
