Despite the fact that the two remain in a relationship and have plans to take their relationships to the next level in the coming year as per their families’ plans. Their current film Brahmastra seems to be the longest shooting film and remains the most expensive movies of Karan Johar so far in his career.
The stories close to the actors claim that the two will not be working together for any other project after this one. The fact of the matter is, the couple has been shying away in each other’s company with their extensive collaboration for the movie. It seems grimmer than being practical. They will be working more than 150 days for the film hence they had enough time with each other that gives them no reason to work again.
They are getting offers together for other films as but the sources claim that they do not want to be like John Abraham and Bipasha Basu, Saif and Kareena, or Dhram Pa Ji and Hema Malini. It also said that if the couple would appear too often for long in public and professional life the audience would be likely to reject them together on the screen. And they are not that keen to take that kind of risk. Alia also was seen saying somewhere that work is work and personal life is something different mixing them together will not work for her.
