Filmmaker Hansal Mehta Intends to make series on Gangster Vikas Dubey
In the recent buzz around the UP police, the issue of Gangster Vikas Dubey’s death has been making headlines in the media. The drama surrounding the issue and the way the death was noticed in the media, the late gangster had enough fodder for any film or series. Thus considering the rich potential, the known filmmaker Hansal Mehta is now planning to embark with a series based on the former gangster. His death with eight police taking him to the UP city and then was killed on his way.
He was followed by the media as well but when they intervened the next moment the news of the accident came to light killing the goon in Bikru village in Chaubeypur area of Kanpur shortly after midnight on 3rd July. So, with so much drama, the filmmaker was quick to announce for the OTT audience. As per reports, the series will be produced under the banner Karma Media and Entertainment of Shailesh R Singh, in association with Polaroid Media.
Hansal Mehta will be directing the film who is the man who has directed films like Omerta, Aligarh, and Shahid the award winning film for Rajkummar Rao.
