Fukrey 3 gets postponed to avoid clash with Jawan; to now release on 24 November 2023
The postponement of ‘Jawan’s release date appears to be affecting the release of other films as well. Shah Rukh Khan’s ‘Jawan,’ which was supposed to be released on June 2nd, has been pushed back to 7 September.

To avoid clash with Shah Rukh Khan’s Jawan, the makers of Fukrey 3 have decided to postpone the film’s release. The film which was earlier scheduled to arrive in cinemas on 7 September will now release on 24 November.
Soon after Shah Rukh confirmed the new release date for Jawan, cinema trade expert Taran Adarsh revealed the new release date for the comedy franchise’s third edition.
Trade analyst Taran Adarsh tweeted, “FUKREY 3’ MOVES TO NEW DATE… #Fukrey3 – which was scheduled for release on #Janmashtami weekend [7 Sept 2023] – will now release on 24 Nov 2023… Directed by #MrighdeepSinghLamba and produced by #RiteshSidhwani and #FarhanAkhtar. (sic).”

Fukrey stars Pulkit Samrat, Varun Sharma, Richa Chadha, Manjot Singh, and Pankaj Tripathi. Apart from Ali Fazal, who was part of the initial two installments, the film will see the rest of the cast reprise their roles.
The third installment of Excel Entertainment’s most successful and anticipated comedy franchise in Bollywood Fukrey was slated to debut on the auspicious day of Krishna Janmashtami on 7 September , 2023, however its release date has been pushed back to 24 November , 2023.
Fukrey, the first installment, was released in 2013, and Fukrey Returns, the sequel, was released in 2017. All three installments were directed by Mrighdeep Singh Lamba. The first two parts centred around four buddies who try every means to make quick money, which gets them into trouble.
