Bollywood’s fantastic actor Ranveer Singh is currently on a promotional spree as he is busy promoting his upcoming film Jayeshbhai Jordaar. Well, recently, the actor has also released the poster of his forthcoming film Cirkus with Rohit Shetty. This will be the actor’s second collaboration after Simmba with the dashing director Rohit Shetty.
Recently, in an interview, talking about Simmba, the Padmaavat actor revealed that he will soon come up with the second part of the cop- drama. He said, “He is one of my favorite guys and it was always designed to be a franchise. Whenever Rohit (Shetty) Bhai calls, I’ll be there. So there will be Simmba 2 and it is one of my favorite movies of my own and one of my favorite performances of my own. I love it and I will do it and I love that.”
Further talking about the difficulties he faced while shooting Simmba, he said, “You’re dealing with the subject matter which is no joking matter. In the initial half of the film you’re still this larger-than-life colorful goofball, but then to have that switch over and then to become that guy who stands up and pitches those dramatic scenes.”
Meanwhile, Ranveer Singh’s Jayeshbhai Jordaar is a social comedy-drama starring Shalini Pandey and directed by Divyang Thakkar is all set to release on 13th May 2022. Apart from Jayeshbhaai Jordaar, Ranveer Singh will next be seen in Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani, co-starring Alia Bhatt. After Gully Boy, this is their second collaboration. With this film, Karan Johar returns to the director’s chair after a six-year gap.
