The Bollywood or the Indian Film Industry is not just known for its glory and films in India but also abroad. In fact, it has went on to inspire a number of foreign films as well, which certainly include the Hollywood as well and the vice-versa as well. Though in some of the cases the Bollywood has wintessed a good victory of their films  made from getting an inspiration from Hollywood, but there are many that failed to impress when the counterpart released in India. 1). Action Replay – Back to the Future

It was Vipul Shah’s film, which resembled very much with the Robert Zemeckis classic film called Back to the Future. The B Town version failed to capture the humor or the crux of the original. It was not at all surprising that the movie didn’t find acceptance from the critics or the audience. Well, we can call it to be the worst Bollywood remakes of Hollywood movies.

2). Players – The Italian Job

When the film was releasing in India, it created a good buzz in the media for its thrill and story, however, it failed to give high returns over the box office. In fact, its orignal film called The Italian Job was much better in many ways, which Players failed.

3). Kucch To Hai: I Know What You Did Last Summer

The Ekta Kapoor film somewhere resembled the movie I Know what you Did Last Summer. But when you compare the two, they remain very much different. KTH had a poor starcast along with other flaws, which ruined the movie making it a dull performer over the box office.

When Salaam-e-Ishq came, it had a huge hype for having several Big time actors in it. The film was very much similar to Love Actually, however, it failed over the box office for not having the charm and thirl the counterpart film had in Hollywood.

5). Dil Bole Hadippa: She’s The Man

Dil Bole Hadippa She’s The Man

The film is technically an adaptation of a Shakespearean play having some direct similarities between the duo having protagonists pretend to be a man in a sporting event. Despite a some good performance from Rani Mukherjee, the film failed to get the love from critics and the audience.
