Aamir Khan’s Laal Singh Chaddha postponed again, to be released on THIS date now!
Aamir Khan and Kareena Kareena Kapoor‘s upcoming movie Laal Singh Chadha is one of the most awaited films of 2022. The film was supposed to be released on April 14, however, it has been postponed by the producers. According to a statement made by Aamir’s production organization, the film will now be released on August 11th. ‘Adipurush,’ starring Prabhas, was supposed to be released on August 14, but it has now been postponed.
In the statement, Aamir has also expressed his gratitude to the makers of Aadipurush. The statement read, “This is to announce that our film, Laal Singh Chaddha, will not be releasing on 14th April as planned. This is because we are unable to complete the film in time. The film will now be released on 11 Aug 2022 in theatres worldwide. We would like to thank Mr Bhushan Kumar, T Series and Om Raut and the entire team of Adipurush from the bottom of our hearts. We would like to thank them for being so helpful and understanding, and for shifting the release date of their much-awaited, Adipurush, starring Prabhas, Kriti Sanon and Saif Ali Khan, so that Laal Singh Chaddha can come on 11 Aug 2022.”

 It was scheduled to clash with Yash and Sanjay Dutt’s ‘Kgf: Chapter 2’. It seems that Aamir and his team chose to postpone the release in order to prevent a clash. ‘Jersey,’ a film by Shahid Kapoor and Mrunal Thakur, is now scheduled to clash with ‘KGF: Chapter 2’.
The official remake of Tom Hanks‘ ‘Forrest Gump’ is Laal Singh Chaddha. Advait Chandan is the director of the film.
