Krishnakali Saha is a singer by passion and aspires to be a singer in B Town. She hailed from Agartala, Tripura and was born on 13th June 1996. With her talent and a good signing, she has made it into the top 10 list in the popular TV reality show – Indian Idol. She did her schooling from two schools – Shishu Bihar Higher Secondary School and then from the Bhavans Tripura Vidiyamandir, Agartala. She then completed her engineering from NIT Agartala, but her interest in singing kept her active in this field. She comes from a middle-class family with her father a make-up artist while her mother is also working.
She likes classical singing and also loves Bollywood singing as well. In her audition for Indian Idol, she sang the title song of Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam while she was applauded by the judges for her cool singing skills and expertise. She has also sung for the regional TV – Doordarshan Kendra, Agartala. She has faced a lot during her school days as her class mates teased her for her dark complexion. Her school band also rejected her for her skin colour. But this did not let her lose her heart, and she kept trying to make big in the reality show.
Talking about her personal life, she is unmarried but has a boyfriend whom she has been dating from some time. She is of 50 kgs, while her height is 5 feet and 4 inches. With her melodious singing, she has impressed the singer and music composer Vishal Dadlani who is the judge in the show along with the other two – Anu Malik and Neha Kakkar.
