Nushrratt Bharuccha Reflects on One-Year Anniversary of Janhit Mein Jaari; Expresses Gratitude for Being a Part of It

Nushrratt Bharuccha, known for her recent role in the film Chatrapathi alongside Sreenivas Bellamkoda, took a moment to reflect on her experience with the social comedy Janhit Mein Jaari as the film reached its one-year milestone. Directed by Raaj Shaandaliyaa, the movie received positive reviews, particularly for Bharuccha’s portrayal of a bold and confident condom seller, with the actress actively promoting the social message of safe sex.

Recalling her memories associated with Janhit Mein Jaari, Nushrratt Bharuccha expressed her gratitude to the filmmakers for giving her the opportunity to be part of such a unique project. Celebrating the film’s one-year anniversary on June 10, Nushrratt shared, “Janhit Mein Jaari will always hold a special place in my heart. I am incredibly grateful for all the love and positive feedback I received for the film. Even today, when someone talks to me about the movie, they always have wonderful things to say. I am truly glad that I could be a part of Janhit Mein Jaari.” In the past, Nushrratt Bharuccha has expressed her belief that this film showcased one of her best performances to date.

In a previous interaction, director and co-producer Raaj Shaandaliyaa spoke about the film, saying, “As a filmmaker and storyteller, my main objective is to provide the audience with socially relevant stories that are both interesting and have a touch of humor. Janhit Mein Jaari, starring Nushrratt Bharuccha, is one such story that addresses a social issue while focusing on valid situations that we all need to consider as individuals. I had no difficulty in choosing the cast for this movie, as I am well aware of Nushrratt’s talent and dedication to her work. After witnessing her performance in our previous project together, I couldn’t think of anyone better suited for the role.
