Dharam Sankat Mein starring all the veterans like Paresh Rawal, Naseeruddin Shah and Annu Kapoor was one of the movies hitting the theatres last week. The movie however, failed to garner a good response over the box office. Right from the first day to the first weekend, the film consistently performed poor over the box office leading to a small figure. In fact, the other released Sunny Leone starrer movie Ek Paheli Leela was seen coming in its way as a big completion, leading to a small collection, which remained affected till the week came to an end.
Despite getting decent reviews, the movie Dharam Sankat Mein was unable to perform and turned out to be an average grosser leading minimal amount of word of mouth, which was not able to bring out decent crowd to the theaters. However, at few places, the movie was seen getting a good response, but the overall picture seems to be very much bleak. Moreover, the content of the film too failed to see any kind of escalation over the weekdays. As a result, the first week billing remained under two figure collections. As per reports, the first week box office collection for Dharam Sankat Mein tolled to around 10 crores.
