Natkhat a short film produced by Vidya Balan to hit the floor soon
Vidya Balan is an ace actress, who has given some of the best films in B Town. She has remained a powerhouse in B Town give incredible performances on the silver screen with films like Bhoolbhooliya, Lage Raho Munna Bhai, The Dirty Picture, Kahaani, and Tumhari Sulu to name a few. Now, she is all set to step into the shoes of a producer. She will be acting in the film along with producing the same along with the popular film producer of B Town Ronnie Screewala.
The film happens to be a short movie, which is called Natkhat. Shaan Vyan is going to direct the film and it will deal with a wide range of social issues. Talking about the film, the makers have issued a statement saying that the film talks about several issues like rape culture, inequality, patriarchy, domestic abuse, and compartmentalization by men with women in different relationships. The statement further said that it will also be talking about fake nationality, urban-rural divide, age, and gender.
The film would, therefore, leave with a strong social message stating the parenting is the only solution to abolish these issues of gender inequality and rape culture. The film will be produced under the banner of RSVP Movies along with Vidya Balan’s banner as well. The film is all set to hit the floor soon once the pre-production phase is complete. She shared the news on Instagram with the clapboard stating that she is excited to be the part of the film, which has such a strong message.
