The coronavirus pandemic has brought the entire world to a standstill. The entertainment industry is one of the most affected sectors among others. Shooting has been postponed due to lock down. However, now the government has decided to unlock the ban to some extent with some precautions. Today actor Vicky Kaushal has announced to start post production of his film Sardar Udham Singh.

Vicky Kaushal shared a picture from his upcoming film Sardar Udham Singh on his Instagram account, where he can be seen discussing the scenes with filmmaker Shoojit Sircar and producer Ronnie Lahiri. The actor is seen wearing a black suit in his film character!

In the caption of his post, the actor shared that the post-production of the film will begin tomorrow. It reads, “When nature said something, we heard… we switched gears, from fast forward to slow motion… now, again there is a call, an excitement, yet a caution… and the hunger to reboot, this feeling With that we start again… #SardarUdhamSingh #BeginAgain tomorrow – post production set on 8 June. ”

Meanwhile, ‘Sardar Udham Singh’ stars Banita Sandhu in the lead role. The film is based on the life of Udham Singh, a revolutionary freedom fighter who was known for his assassination of Michael O’Dwyer in London. The film is scheduled to release on 15 January 2021.

Vicky Kaushal has been living in the house for almost two months now due to the lock down. Although the actor misses living and working on the sets, he is also grateful that none of his films are stuck due to epidemics and lockdowns.

Talking about this with a news portal, Vicky said that work will continue but it is the safety of the people which should be the priority. He also said that like many others, he too would love to return to the set and work because it is so close to his heart.
