priyanka chopra

Kangana Ranaut has opened the debate on nepotism after the death of the actor Sushant Singh Rajput saying that the show of Karan Johar – Koffee With Karan is only busy promoting star kids and their films rather giving enough space to the newcomers. Since then many have come forward speaking on this issue. The latest to join this bandwagon is Priyanka Chopra who also talked about the issue at length.

In her recent interaction with Time of India, she said that different types of nepotism has existed but at the same time went in a balanced way saying that there is no harm in getting birth in a family with a legacy. She then said that she also had to face a lot about the same. She was seen saying that she was kicked away from the movies just like someone else seemed to have replaced with recommendations. She then added that she did not stop but got over it.

In the very same interview, the actress was seen talking about fear of failing which did not stop her to try in her career. She went on to say that she was trained to remain focussed on the goal and that helped her achieve a lot. She further said that there are no free lunches in the world. Talking about her work, she was last seen in the film The Sky Is Pink with Shonali Bose with Zaira Wasim and Farhan Akhtar. It was released last year, but now she is gearing with another film The White TIger with Rajkummar Rao.
