Singer Payal Dev who has sung the special song ‘Haseeno Ka Deewana’ from Kaabil, now lends her voice for ‘Swachh Bharat’ campaign.

The 27-year-old singer told in an interview, “I didn’t want to miss the opportunity to become a part of such a big campaign. This drive is close to my heart. All we have to apply small changes in daily lives, like using dustbin to throw away the garbage instead of the road and all.”

The song is composed by Hrishikesh Pandey, who has given music for various social initiatives like ‘School Chale Hum’.

“I’ve already sung for Hrishikesh in two social songs. So when he approached me for this I immediately agreed. I am feeling very happy to be associated with country’s most ambitious ‘Swachh Bharat Abhiyan’. I am glad that IAS Indore Mr. Narahari gave me opportunity to sing this song and the way Hrishikesh has penned the lyrics and composed this song; I feel anyone can instantly connect with the song”, singer added.

Speaking about the song ‘Swachh Bharat Ho Hamara’ the composer said, “The composition will touch your heart. I feel through this song, we will be able to reach the audience.”

“Lyrics is the most important in a song as you are expressing what you want to say. I’ve worked on social songs before but my responsibility was much higher this time because it is India’s biggest cleanliness drive commenced by our Prime Minister. I carefully have chosen the lyrics which could reach the audience easily.” He added.

“Cleanliness of our nation is our responsibility and only then we will be able to shine in the whole world,” Payal said.
Hrishikesh Pandey’s production house ‘Hribom’ has created numerous popular videos, highlighting several socially relevant issues which includes songs like ‘School Chale Hum’ which was sung by famous Bollywood singer Shaan apart from that, he has also produced song named ‘Swachch Indore’, which was sung by singer Dev Negi.
Production house ‘Hribom’ has also produced a video song “Vanar Sena” to highlight open defecation in India, which was made featuring the local kids of Indore.
