1). Interest in Lawn Tennis: Yes, he was very much keen in lawn tennis during his school days as was a good player in it. He also represented his school in this sport in different state level championships. He keeps Roger Federer to his favorite tennis player.
2). Filmmaking started at 16: Yes you heard it right, this man along with his friend Aditya Bhattacharya (son of Basu Battacharya) made a film Paranoia, which was funded by the veteran actor Dr. Sriram Lagu.
3). Part of a Theatre Group: Before deciding to become an actor he worked in a theatre group as a backstage guy and then jumped into the idea of acting, which was opposed by his father.
4). Aamir Debut Film: Everyone thought that Aamir Khan’s first film is QSQT, however, not many know that his first venture was a documentary film called Holi with Ketan Mehta, which was made by the students of FTII.
5). Aamir-Reena Dutta Dating: It all started before the release of the documentary film – Holi in 1984. The two got married in the year 1986 the very same day when Javed Miadad hit six against India at Sharjah. She was also seen in QSQT film in one of the shots of the film.
6). Odd Jobs: Aamir and Raj Zutshi also worked together as publicity workers and seen posting posters of QSQT on autos and buses as the film was made up of small budget. He was seen telling people he is acting in the film as a lead role.
7). Eating & Bathing Disorder: As per his wife Kiran Rao, he dislikes the idea of taking a bath and also suffers from eating disorder.
