The infamous SRK movie DDLJ (Dilwale Dulhaniya Le Jayenge), which turned down the entire career of Shah Rukh Khan has been running in the theatre called Maratha Mandir in Mumbai. The movie has been running since last 19 years in the theatre, which is considered to be among the holy grails in the category of romance. The romantic drama has trend for Maratha Mandir for showcasing it for around two decades. However, the shows are now going to shut soon with the completion of 1000th  week. Of late, the theatre staff has been complaining the drop in the audience, which has compelled the authorities to cease the show of this quintessential romantic drama.

According to sources, the SRK and Kajol starrer would be finally wrapping up with the last show this coming December after it completes the 1000 weeks. Apart from the drop in audience the other vital reason could be the repeated screening of the said movie over Television too can make the difference. This theatre is located close to Mumbai Central station, which has been known as the landmark cinema hall to showcase DDLJ since last two decades without any interruption. So, if you are still to catch this romantic epic, checking out once before it goes away from the theatre is not a bad deal to crack.
