Prabhas launches a new lyrical motion poster of ‘Adipurush’ with a new song playing in the backdrop!
Today, on the festival of Akshaya Tritiya, the makers of Prabhas’ upcoming mythological action-drama Adipurush published a new motion poster with a lyrical audio clip of a song ‘Jai Shri Ram’ attached to it.
Prabhas revealed the new lyrical motion poster for ‘Jai Shri Ram’ in five languages: Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam and Kannada .Prabhas captioned the new motion poster on Instagram, “If you can’t visit the Char Dhaam, Just chant the name of Prabhu Shri Ram.” “Jai, Shri Ram.”

The music of this new song has been composed by Ajay-Atul and its Hindi lyrics are written by Manoj Muntashir. Prabhas plays Raghav, Kriti Sanon plays Janaki, Sunny Singh plays Shesh, and Devdatta Nage plays Hanuman in Adipurush, which is based on the Ramayana.
The film is helmed by National Award-winning director Om Raut, who is known for his previous directorial venture ‘Tanhaji- The Unsung Warrior’ (2020) which starred Ajay Devgn in the titular role.
Prabhas also recently revealed that Adipurush would have its World Premiere in New York on June 13th during the Tribeca Film Festival, which runs from June 7th to June 18th. Prabhas also shared a new poster for Adipurush announcing the news, with the caption that read, “Looking forward to Adipurush being premiered at the Tribeca Film Festival on June 13th.”

Made on a massive budget of Rs. 500 crores, Adipurush is a mythological drama based on the epic Ramayana. The film initially was supposed to be released in January 2023 but makers decided to postpone the release after the film’s teaser faced a huge backlash on terrible VFX and CGI. The teaser left netizens disappointed and upset, and social media users started trolling the teaser for its ‘poor VFX’.

Adipurush, produced by Bhushan Kumar, Krishan Kumar, Om Raut, Prasad Sutar, and Rajesh Nair under the banners of T-Series and Retrophiles, is set to enter theatres on 16 June, 2023. The film will also be released in IMAX and 3D formats.
