Amazon Studio to embark with a series based on Anansi Boys

The Amazon Studios seems to be a busy place these days as they are now embarking upon a series based on the globally recognized novel called Anansi Boys by Neil Gaiman. The show is expected to stream in more than 240 nations all across the world and the makers would be coming up with a six episodes based show and they intend to shoot the show soon in Scotland. The novel based on Gaiman will be of the same name and it has all the characters that the novel has.

The makers have made sure to rope in all the good actors in the show including actors like Gaiman, Douglas Mackinnon, Sir Lenny Henry, Hanelle M. Culpepper, Richard Fee and Hilary Bevan Jones.  The makers have some of the best production houses to produce the show. Also, the makers claim that there are some changes in the story and it will therefore be a stand-alone story, while it cannot be called as the sequel of the novel.

The story seems to be interesting at the moment and they have all the plans to shoot for the same. The producers of the show include Amazon Studios, Endor Productions, RED Production company and The Blank Corporation. Stay tuned to know more about it and others only with us.
