Rani Mukerji flies out of the country to start working on Mrs Chatterjee vs Norway!

Rani Mukerji, a Bollywood actress, has returned to work. She’s ready to get started on her new project. According to reports, the actress has departed India to begin filming on her long-awaited theatrical film, Norway vs. Mrs. Chatterjee. Ashima Chibber, of Mere Dad Ki Maruti fame, will direct the film, which is billed as an unsung narrative about a mother’s war against a whole country. According to reports, the Mardaani 2 actress will be gone for more than a month.

“Rani is set to start shooting the film in the next couple of days. She has done intensive preparation for the film which will be revealed in due course of time and one can expect a sublime Rani Mukerji performance as Mrs Chatterjee vs Norway is a complete author-backed role for her. Rani will be out of the country for over a month for this shoot. She has been waiting to start this project which is extremely close to her heart,” a trade insider was quoted as saying.

While announcing the film, Rani said, “Mrs Chatterjee vs Norway is a story of true human resilience and it is a film that is dedicated to all the mothers out there. It is truly one of the most amazing scripts that I have read in a long time and I immediately decided to do this special film.”

Emmay Entertainment’s Nikkhil Advani and Zee Studios are producing the film. Rani Mukerji is also working on a project with Saif Ali Khan.
