Aamir Khan is collaborating with Genelia D’Souza decade after Jaane Tu… Ya Jaane
Aamir Khan will be reportedly collaborating with Genelia D’Souza. Previously they both joined hands for the film Jaane Tu… Ya Jaane Na starring Imran Khan.
Now according to the reports Genelia Deshmukh & Aamir Khan will be collaborating once again almost after a decade. According to the reports Mr. Perfectionist is interested in casting Genelia D’Souza in his production. As per the source, Aamir wants to ‘relaunch’ Genelia, with the film in which he chose to work with the Jaane Tu… Ya Jaane Na actress. The actress seemed to be the finest fit for the part. The two met a few weeks ago, and the deal is nearly complete. If all goes as planned then, we might see Genelia again in Aamir Khan Productions.
Genelia also launched a rom-com dubbed ‘Minister Mummy’ on an OTT platform in February. She will be seen with her spouse Riteish Deshmukh in the project. Earlier this month, Genelia announced her return to South film with an Instagram post.
Genelia D’Souza rose to fame through a circuitous route in Bollywood, beginning with an utterly forgotten film (Tujhe Meri Kasam) with Riteish Deshmukh, followed by stardom in the South, and then making it big in Bollywood with Jaane Tu… Ya Jaane Na opposite Imran Khan. Genelia left industry after her marriage to Riteish Deshmukh on February 3, 2012. She was most recently seen in the 2012 film Tere Naal Love Ho Gaya, in which she co-starred with Riteish Deshmukh.
Meanwhile, Aamir Khan is reportedly waiting for the release of ‘Laal Singh Chaddha’, he is also working on the Hindi adaptation of Spanish film ‘Campeones’.
