After Plastic Ban on Sets, Varun Now Appeals his fans to save water on Social Media

Varun Dhawan is often known for being a responsible actor in B Town. He has voiced for the social issues in the society by getting engaged with such events. Earlier we heard that he and his entire team at the sets of the film Coolie No. 1 have shed the use of plastics on their movie sets. They were even applauded for this initiative by the Indian PM as well with his tweet for being environmentally friendly.

Now, we hear that Varun Dhawan has asked his fans and followers to shun the use of plastics as it has toxic effects on our surroundings. He has shared one video that was issued by the Union Government of Housing and Urban Affairs. In the said video, the actor has requested his fans to start saving water and shared some of the ideas to save water with the help of rainwater harvesting. He started the video by saying ”Jal Hai Toh Kal Hai’ and he named the post as ”Bhaiya.”

Talking about his work, he is currently busy for his next film Coolie No 1 with Sara Ali Khan. It happens to be a remake of Govinda and Karishma Kapoor film released in 1995. Recently the makers had to incur 2 crores of loses due to the sudden fire that gutted all the material received from the third party for shooting. He is also gearing up for his next dance drama film called Street Dancer 3D with Shraddha Kapoor. While his last film Kalank with Alia, Aditya Kapoor, Madhuri Dixit, and Sanjay Duttt was an average grosser at the box office.
