Pakhi Hegde is an actress from India who is active in Bhojpuri and Marathi movies. She was born on 5th March 1985 in Mumbai. She was born and brought up in this city and completed her education from this place only. During her college days, she used to participate in plays and dramas making her active in cultural activities. Thus once she completed her studies, she tried entering into small screen starting with a daily soap aired at Doordarshan called Main Banungi Miss India. She then got the chance to enter into regional movies particularly in Bhojpuri films. Some of these include Nirahua Rickshawala Khiladi No. 1, Nirahua Mail, Nirahua No. 1, Deewana, Hamara Mati Me Dum Ba, Pratigya, Nirahua Chalal Sasural, Kudesan (Woman from the east) Punjabi (Kudesan).

She then got a slew of other Bhojpuri films including Aaj Ke Karan Arjun, Vidhata, Aakhari Rasta, Saat Saheliyan, Daag, Pawan Purvaiya, Dil, Lofer, and Pariwar to name a few in her initial days. She went on to work with actors like Manoj Tiwari, who remains the big star in Bhojpuri films. She also worked in Bollywood films working with actors like Amitabh Bachchan. She has done a Marathi movie called Sat Na Gat with actors like Mahesh Manjrekar and Sayaji Shinde. In her film career, she has one Tulu movie as well, which include Bangarda Kural.

Some of her other movies done in the recent past include Prem Ke Rog Bhail, Dushamani, Kaise Kahi Ki Tohara Se Pyar Ho Gail, Khoon Pasina, Laheriya Luta Ae Raja, Aaulad, Bhaiya Hamar Dayavaan, Pyar Mohabbat Zindabaad, Paramveer Parsuram, Devar Bhabhi, Ganga Jamuna Saraswati, Ganga Devi, Jaani Dushman, Nirahua Hindustani, Tulu cinema, Hunterwali, A Balma Bihar Wala 2, and Devra Bhail Deewana. Her Tulu movie has given her the Best Actress in Red FM Tulu Film Award 2014 along with Tulu Cinemotsava Awards 2015. Talking about her personal life, she is single and not willing to mingle with anyone. When asked she said she has no time for love as she is focusing on her career.
