Kick 2014 First Day Box Office Collection



With much of the hype and buzz Salman Khan’s movie Kick has hit more than 5000 theaters all across the world and in 700 screens in the overseas countries like Maldives, Morocco, Germany and France. As expected the movie got a flying start the very first day with getting 100 percent occupancy in most of the screen in India. As per experts, the movie is considered to be among the biggest movies to be released so far this year. The morning show has given an overwhelming response for the Devil’s movie Kick.

Talking about the B Town, Mumbai the occupancy report at most of the screen tolled in between 95 to 100 percent.  As per reports, the advance bookings for most of the screens have been incredible adding the house full boards at most of the theaters. Both the suburbs and the South Bombay area have experienced occupancy to around 100 percent, which was expected considering the advance booking figures reaching to the brim. In Delhi NCR region the occupancy touched to around 95 percent. In Gurgaon, the occupancy reached out to be up around 90 percent while in Noida, it tolled in between 90 to 95 percent. Talking about places like Ghaziabad and Faridabad, the boards of House full was seen at most of theaters with 100 percent occupancy report.

In other methods like Bangalore, Pune, Chennai, Hyderabad and Kolkata, the figures seem very much encouraging. The occupancy at Pune was 100 percent as most of the theaters were seen showcasing the house full boards, while in Bangalore, it tolled in between 85 to 90 percent in the morning, whereas in Kolkata particularly in the eastern side the occupancy rate touched 95 percent, however, Chennai was low with the figures reaching to around 85 percent and Hyderabad was seen with the figure of 90 percent.  Talking about the afternoon shows, at most of the places discussed above, the advance booking is full, while similar is the story of the evening shows.

As per the trade pundits, the figure for the very first day is likely to rise as compared to the other block buster movies including Dhoom 3, which crossed the figure of 36 crore at day one. Hence the trade analysts are expecting to touch around 40 crore for the first day considering the fervor and buzz of the movie, which has been built at day one.  Well, stay tuned to catch up the latest figures of the evening and find how what kind of history the movie is likely to make this day.
