Akshay Kumar purchases four flats worth Rs. 4.5 crore each!
Bollywood superstar Akshay Kumar is riding high on the success of his films and he was last seen in the film ‘Toilet-Ek Prem Katha’. The actor shared the screen with Bhumi Pednekar in this flick. The movie narrated the story of Keshav who gets married to Jaya. After marriage, when she complains about no toilet in the house, he attempts to pacify her with some temporary arrangements. The movie performed decent at the box-office.
Here is a news update about this superstar. Akshay Kumar has purchased four luxurious flats worth Rs. 4.5 crore each in a 38 storey tower called Transon Triumph on New Link Road, Andheri (West). The four flats were registered under the name of Akshay Kumar Bhatia on November 1. These flats are located on 21st floor and measures up to 2200 sq. ft each. Transcon Developer’s luxury tower has amenities like jogging track, swimming pool, fitness centre, special arena for children, barbeque corner, infinity deck and multi-purpose court. The official announcement about this purchase by the actor is yet to be done.
The “action king” Akshay Kumar already owns an apartment in Lokhandwala, Andheri and he is one of the major investors in real estate. The actor has a duplex flat in Bandra as well as he owns a Portuguese styled villa at Casa de Sol, Anjuna in Goa. Akshay Kumar lives with his wife and children at a sea-facing abode in Juhu.
Akshay Kumar will next feature in upcoming film ‘Padman’ in which he portrays real life social activist and entrepreneur Arunachalam Muruganatham. He will also be seen in Reema Kagti’s period biopic ‘Gold’. The actor is likely to sport a retro look in this film. Karan Johar’s battle movie ‘Kesari’ and Bhushan Kumar’s flick ‘Mogul’ are some of Akshay Kumar’s upcoming films too.
