Priyanka Chopra Named as the Incredible India Brand Ambassador
The intolerance remark by Aamir Khan has cost him the brand ambassador of Incredible India. As his contract completed this year, he was supposed to be replaced by Big B by the Tourism Ministry. However, instead of handing the reins of the this global marketing campaign called Atulya Bharat to promote Indian Tourism all across the world, you have a new face in his place. Now, even the mega star actor is being replaced by Priyanka Chopra.
Of late, Priyanka Chopra has been riding high, thanks to her global projects and her presence at the Oscar Awards made the difference.  Her has been reported to have been considered for the important position in India for campaigning India overseas. The actress has also won the prestigious award called People’s Choice Award For Favorite Actress making her to be a household name even in the countries in the west.
She has now being considered as a global icon, which will certainly help in making things simple for the destination for women. Also, rumor simply suggest that Amitabh’s recent encounter with the dual Panama paper leaks could have been one of the key reasons why the mega star has been dropped from the list. However, the Union Tourism Minister is still to confirm this report though one thing is clear Big B is not the Brand Ambassador of Incredible India.
