Synopsis – The popular digital platform – Amazon Prime Video is back with the second edition of the popular web series franchise – Inside Edge, which is called this time as Inside Edge 2. It has returned with the same ensemble star cast having veterans like Vivek Oberoi, Richa Chadha, Siddhant Chaturvedi, Sayani Gupta, Angad Bedi, Tanuj Virwani , Sapna Pabbi, and Aamir Bashir who all are seen in the leading and supporting role. The creator of the show is Karan Anshuman, while the series is directed by Aakash Bhatia. It is produced by Ritesh Sidhwani & Farhan under their banner Excel Entertainment and Media.
Thus makers of the popular web series Mirzapur and other shows are back with yet another interesting web series called Inside Edge 2. The makers have released the power-packed trailer, which seems to have added a huge buzz for the web series. It moves around the cricketing event called PPL similar to IPL which is all set to make the game a global one. It showcases the rivalry between two teams – the volatile Vayu Raghavan who leads the team called Mumbai Mavericks and the other led by the Arvind Vashisht-led Haryana Hurricanes.
But at the same time, apart from the game, there backdrop politics and scandals that moves around the game are interesting to catch showcasing the bad world of cricket, while there are others who want to keep alive the spirit of Cricket, so who would succeed is a big question to ask and it will be answered in the show all set to stream on 6th December.
