Earlier this year, it was announced that the Welcome franchise would be getting a third installment. According to rumours, Akshay Kumar will work alongside Sanjay Dutt and Arshad Warsi in the third installment.
According to recent media speculations, Miss India 2023 Nandini Gupta could play a female lead in the highly anticipated third installment of the hugely popular comedy film series Welcome.
According to sources close to the project, the Welcome film franchise’s developers are considering placing Miss India 2023 winner Nandini Gupta as one of the female stars in the upcoming third installment. The filmmakers are rumoured to have a key role in mind for Nandini in the film and have already begun the casting process.
“The Welcome series is a big franchise and the makers have a pivotal role for Nandini Gupta in part three. Initial conversations with her team have already begun, however, it will take a while before things are formalized on paper because the makers are presently focused on Hera Pheri 3. However, Welcome 3 is not very far in the future, and the casting process and other pre-production work for it has already begun,”Pinkvilla report stated.

Welcome film series is produced by Firoz Nadiadwala and there has been no confirmation regarding the same from the makers as of yet.
The first installment, starring Akshay Kumar, Katrina Kaif, Anil Kapoor, Nana Patekar, and Mallika Sherawat, was released in 2007, and the sequel, starring John Abraham, Shruti Haasan, Dimple Kapadia, and Naseeruddin Shah, was released eight years later in 2015. Both films were box office hits.
