Rashmika Mandanna is an actress and model who hails from Virajpeth, Karanataka. She was born on 5th April 1996 in her city and did her schooling from Coorg Public School and later PSU in Mysore Institute of commerce and arts, while completed her graduation from the Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, along with Journalism and English Literature. She did from the Ramaiah College of Arts, Science and Commerce. As she was pursuing her graduation, she got the chance to enter into the world of modeling. She then appeared in several advertisements.
As said she started her career in modeling in the year 2012 and she also bagged the Clean & Clear Fresh Face of India and later was named as the brand ambassador of the same. She did her debut in Kannada movie called Kirik Party, Anjani Putra, Chamak, Geetha Govindam, Devdas, Yajamana, and Dear Comrade to name a few. She also bagged a couple of other ventures Pogaru, Bheeshma, Sarileru Neekevvaru, Sulthan and AA20.
Talking about her award she bagged a couple for her films, which include South Indian International Movie Awards for Best Debut Actress (Leading Role) for the film Kririk Party in the year 2016. In the year 2017, she bagged Luv Lavike Readers Choice Award for the Best Actress for Anjani Putra and Zee Kannada Hemmeya Kannadathi for Award for Best Actress. She then bagged for Filmibeat Award for Best Debutant Actress and Zee Cine Awards for Favorite Actress for the film Chalo. She appeared in Sri Kala Sudha Telugu Awards for Best Debut Heroine for Geetha Govindam.
