Season two of The Family Man premiered on Amazon Prime Video on June 4 to rave reviews from fans and reviewers alike. It concludes with a tease for season three and the central conflict, which appears to have a China connection.

Recently, there have been buzz all around social media that Tamil Superstar Vijay Sethupathi will be collaborating with Manoj Bajpayee for the third season of The Family Man series. However, all these reports were denied by Vijay.

He was quoted as saying by SpotboyE, “I am only doing Raj and DK’s webseries with Shahid Kapoor. I haven’t been offered any series or film with Manoj Bajpayee though I’d love to work with him.”

Talking about the scripting and casting of the much awaited third season of the famous series, a source told the leading portal, “The project(Season 3) is all in the minds of the Franchise’s fans who are not only thinking up plots for Season 3 but even choosing a cast for it.”

Raj and DK directed The Family Man, and the second season, The Family Man 2, premiered on Amazon Prime Video in June. Samantha Akkineni, a South star, made her digital debut in a significant part. The sitcom is expected to return for a third season, and anticipation is already strong.

The Family Man’s first season was set in Mumbai, Delhi, and Kashmir, while the second season was set in Chennai, London, Mumbai, and Delhi. The Northeastern states are likely to be involved in the third season. Before beginning work on season three, creators Raj Nidimoru and Krishna DK are likely to embark on another series featuring Shahid Kapoor.
