5 easy-to-make healthy and refreshing summer drinks!

Summer is here! so is the heat. To protect from the heat and refresh ourselves on these hot days, many people make homemade drinks. These homemade drinks keep our bodies hydrated and refreshed.

While there is no ideal substitute for water Juices, shakes, smoothies, and other liquids can help you get enough water. So here are some easy to make and refreshing drinks you can make on your own.

1) Buttermilk:
Buttermilk, also known as Chaas, is a delicious curd-based drink. Chaas is a fantastic digestive, and adding spices like jeera simply adds to the list of benefits.

2) Aam Panna:
Our favorite fruit, mango, is used to make a truly mouthwatering drink. Aam Panna is particularly popular in Maharashtra. Mango pulp is combined with cumin, jeera, and mint leaves to create this delightful summer drink. This drink not only refreshes you but also gives you energy on hot days.

3) Coconut water:
