NCB Drugs Probe: Sara, Deepika, Shraddha & Rakul All Deny Consuming Drugs
As the NCB continues the probe further to investigate the drug connection with the B Town actors – Sara Ali Khan, Deepika Padukone, Shraddha Kapoor and Rakul Preet Singh, we have a buzz. It suggests that the ladies have appeared before the agency officials last week and even surrendered their phones for their further investigation. However, they have denied taking any drugs. They went on to even deny saying that they have even not tried cigarettes, forget about having drugs in their lives.
As per reports, when the actresses were questioned about what they were talking about in their Whatsapp chat, they said it was no substance abuse but they referred to the hand rolled cigarettes calling it doob in it. They all said that they never smoke. The actress even refuted the alleged drug habit of Sushant Singh Rajput. The NCB even went on to say that they had voluntarily surrendered their phone devices to the NCB official. Meanwhile, we saw the arrest of Kshitij Ravi Prasad, a former employee of Dharmatic Entertainment, a Karan Johar digital content production house.
He has been in remand till Sunday and the officials are now investigating the matter. He along with 20 others were probed in the case to find out the drug syndicate. The earlier reports claim that Prasad had procured the drugs and they have been doing so since long. The NCB is also investigating the other aspects from the former manager of Sushant – Samuel Miranda and Showik Chakraborty as well. Stay tuned to know more about it and others only with us.
