Do you remember her debut movie Parineeta being shot at this place, while another hit from her Kahani too was shot there amidst the floral preparation of Durga Puja in Kolkata. That’s make Kolkata her favourite destination and she finds out reasons to be there. Well, currently she is there for a shopping. ‘Coloroso’ a leading Sari store in the city was stunned to see Vidya dropping there to shop some saris. The customers were really surprised to find The Dirty Picture star there in the store when she was seen stepping up with her entourage. She was on her way to airport when she was seen stopping her car to do some Sari Shopping.
As she stepped inside the store, the Benarsi and Chanderi collection really impressed her a lot, while she also shared her views in the guestbook. The store owners Joydeep Roy and Tanuka Sarkar were seemed too thrilled when Vidya finally picked up a Tussar Benarasi Sari in Mustard yellow colour. As per the insiders, she was in the store was there for 40 old minutes at the said store and she really liked the collection there and even promised the owners to return to her store. The store is also involved in sponsoring certain students from the underprivileged students, which made her happier to note. The shopping was casual and had nothing called the star attitude when she was there in the store
