Sunny Leone Tuned for ALT Balaji’s Kamasutra Web Series

Sunny Leone, the famous porn star turned Bollywood actress will be soon seen making another delivery in the OTT world. Last seen in ZEE5’s Karenjit Kaur – The Untold Story of Sunny Leone self biography depiction of the actress, she has been informed to soon join hands with Ekta Kapoor’s ALT Balaji for the lead action in an upcoming web series titled, Kamasutra.

Actress Sunny Leone may be featured in the upcoming web series on Kamasutra, as per sources reports.
“Sunny has heard the outline of the show and has agreed in principle to be part of it. The two have earlier successfully collaborated for Ragini MMS 2 (2014) and Ekta is convinced that the actor is the right person for the role,” revealed a source on a major media platform.

Ekta Kapoor’s AltBalaji Productions had earlier roped in the porn star, Sunny Leone for the erotic-horror web series Ragini MMS 2.

Vatsyayana’s Kamasutra is considered as one of the oldest texts on eroticism. It has even been known to inspire quite a few films and even books through it. This time once again the epic text work will be subjected as a reference for this web series, too.

On the work front, Sunny was last seen in a biopic on her own life, with ZEE 5’s Karenjit Kaur – The Untold Story of Sunny Leone. The series went through exploring the journey of the former adult star-turned-actor’s life. Sunny had shot to fame in India in 2011 when she entered the Bigg Boss house as a contestant making a huge entry in the world of entertainment. Soon after which, she made her Bollywood debut with Jism 2 in 2012 and became popular, overnight. She is currently also working on her Tamil debut Veeramadevi, a historical film where she is supposed to play the lead role.
