Sumedh Mudgalkar is known a TV and film actor who is also a known dancer. He is from Pune and was born on 2nd November 1996. He was brought up in this city and is now based in Mumbai to be in the field of acting. He did his schooling from Sinhgad Springdale Public School and did his graduation in Economics from MIT Pune. Since he was always interested in dance he first tried his luck in this field. However, he has never had any formal training as has learnt the same only by watching a number of performances on the web. His passion for dance made him enter the world of dance by entering into a Marathi reality show known as Dance Maharashtra Dance in 2012, and he remained among the finalists.

He later participated in another TV show called Dance India Dance in the fourth Season and again reached the finals. He then bagged the title of ‘Beatking’ by Shruti Merchant. This gave him a decent exposure allowing him to enter into the small screen with a TV show called DIl Dosti Dance. The TV show is aired at Channel V and happened to be a youth show where he was seen portraying the character of Raghav/Raghavendra Pratap. Then he got the chance to work in another TV show called Chakravartin Ashoka Samrat doing the character called Sushim aired at Colors TV.

It was a negative role, which was applauded a lot. He is currently doing a TV show called Radha Krishna playing the lead role of Krishna in it. Talking about his break in a big screen, he first got the debut in Marathi movie called Ventilator for a cameo role as Karan. He then got another movie called Manjha wherein he did the lead role in it. He played the character of a psychopath called Vicky. He also appeared in another Marathi movie film Bucket List. He was nominated at a number of award platforms and bagged the debut award for his M Town film Manjha. Besides, he also bagged three awards for the best male actor category, best debut actor and best actor in a negative role at Marathi Filmfare Awards 2018 and at the Radio City Cine Awards.
