This is not an unfamiliar name for anyone who is interested in films and music. Shenaz Treasurywala is a popular actress, travel writer, VJ and model. She was born in Mumbai on 29^th June 1981 in a Parsi family wherein his father worked in Merchant Navy. She did her schooling from Mumbai and later went to St. Xavier’s College for her graduation. After her graduation, she headed to New York City wherein she enrolled in acting and theatre program in the prestigious Lee Strasberg Theatre and Film Institute, apart from the acting, she also pursued for a writing course in New York University. She loves acting, photography, travelling and jet skiing.

She is into modelling since her college days when a photographer spotted her when she was in first year in her college. After the auditions, she was selected for her first modelling assignment of soft drink Gold Spot. This brought up a couple of other brands as well for the advertisement, which include Akai and Phillips. Soon, she was seen on MTV Network Asia wherein she worked as a VJ becoming very much popular for her show called MTV’s Most Wanted. During her career of VJ at MTV, she also got the chance to work in south Indian movies and her first Telugu movie was Eduruleni Manishi in the year 2001. After two years in 2003, she got the chance in Bollywood in the form of Ishq Vishk along with Shahid Kapoor and Amrita Rao.

Her work was appreciated in her debut movie, which even gave her a couple of nominations in all the leading star award functions including FIlmfare and Screen awards under the category of best supporting actress. For her passion for writing, she also wrote a number of articles for leading magazines like Elle, Cosmopolitan and Femina. She has even done a couple of travel reality show programs including the American show called Culture Shock over one of the travel channels. However, after returning to India, she also got the chance to host the shows like The Laughter Challenge on Star TV and the Unforgettable Tour over NDTV Imagine.

In the year 2011, she was seen in an American soap opera called One Life To Live. She continued working with the soap till its cancellation in 2012 and thus returned as a contract player. Some of her popular movies in Bollywood include Hum Tum, Aage Se Right, Umar, Radio, Luv Ka The End, Delly Belly, etc, while her upcoming movie is Main Aur Mr. Riight, which will be hitting this Friday on 12^th December 2014. This stunning and sensual girl is a versatile personality, who has played different roles at different places apart from even playing musical instruments like guitar and piano. Currently, she is single and not dating anyone.
