Salman Khan’s Latest Public Appearance Sparks Concern Among Fans: “He Looks Sick”

Known throughout his three-decade-plus career for his remarkable physical fitness and youthful energy, Salman Khan has left fans deeply concerned following a recent public appearance in Mumbai. Social media users quickly pointed out that the 60-year-old superstar appeared noticeably exhausted, sparking widespread discussion about his health.

Viral Video at SRA Event Raises Questions

The concern began after a video surfaced online showing the actor attending the inauguration of the Data Collection and Verification Support Centre (IT Server Room) for the Slum Rehabilitation Authority (SRA).

While Khan warmly smiled and handed over keys to project beneficiaries, fans noticed a dishevelled, weary look that contrasts sharply with his usual high-energy public persona.

Social Media Reactions: The clip quickly went viral across platforms, drawing a flood of anxious comments from his massive fanbase:

“He looks sick. God bless you,” wrote one user on X (formerly Twitter).

“My hero is getting old… What has happened to Bhai?” commented another.

“Something really bad is happening to Salman,” expressed a concerned fan.

“It’s okay. Everyone gets old. Still we love you, Bhai,” added another supportive follower.

The Toll of Physically Demanding Roles

While fan speculation continues, the actor’s recent rigorous shooting schedule may offer context. Khan was recently in Leh and Ladakh filming extensively for Apoorva Lakhia’s upcoming period war drama, Mathrubhumi: May War Rest In Peace.

In a recent candid interview with PTI, Khan admitted that maintaining his physical conditioning for action-heavy roles has become increasingly grueling over the years:

“Of course, it is physically demanding in every year, month, day, and hour. I have to give a lot more time now. Earlier, I used to finish all this in a week or two. Now it takes more time. I have been running, working out, kicking, and punching. In this film, all these things are required.”

Highlighting the extreme conditions faced during the high-altitude shoot in Ladakh, he added:

“Shooting in Ladakh, in high altitude, I can’t black out while performing. For it, I have to take proper training. We have to shoot in the cold water there. When I signed the film, it felt amazing, but it is a very difficult film to do. Out of the 20 days’ schedule in Ladakh, I have to shoot for at least 8 days in that ice-cold water.”
