Bahubali has broken all the records of Bollywood and not to surprise, the film has even become the first non-English film to receive screening at the Royal Albert Hall in London.
19 October 2019 was a great day for Indian cinema when Bahubali became the first non-English movie which screened at Royal Albert Hall in London and it also received a standing ovation after it got screened. Bahubali director S S Rajamouli, Prabhas, Rana Daggubati, and Anushka Shetty attended this event. Apart from the music composer MM Keravani, cinematographer KK Senthil Kumar, producer Shobu Yarlagadda and few other crew members attended this event, it became a sort of reunion for Bahubali casts. Bahubali The Beginning was screened on 19 October 2019.
There are some Telugu movie buffs who were disappointed and criticized about the movie screened in Hindi with English subtitles and not in the original language. But many Telugu movies start cheered for Bahubali when videos and photographs of Royal Albert Hall screening were shared on social media sites. At the time of interval, the Royal Philharmonic concert Orchestra performed Keervanis score. A question and answer session with the actors and director was also held in the evening. The screening got an overwhelming response from the audience which included a member of Indian origin as well as some ardent movie buffs from Japan who have come all the way to the UK just to see Bahubali and meet its team. Hence, it can be said, 19 October was a great day of Indian cinema, this movie proved Indian cinema is not only about romance and love.
