Choreographer and director Remo D’Souza is facing increasing difficulties in the fraud case. Remo now has to submit his passport to the Ghaziabad police in this case. Actually Remo had to do this after the High Court order. A person from Ghaziabad filed this case against Remo in a dispute of Rs 5 crore transaction.
In the case of a disputed transaction of Rs 5 crore, a case has been registered against Remo in the Sihani Gate police station of Ghaziabad, including fraud and other relevant sections. According to media reports, a person named Satendra Tyagi has filed a complaint against Remo. According to the person, the filmmaker had taken a hefty amount of 5 crore from him, which has not been returned to him yet.
Tyagi claimed that D’Souza took five crore rupees from him to invest in a film ‘Amar … Must Die’ and promised to pay double the money after the film’s release. However, after the film’s release, D’Souza reportedly refused to return the money and threatened Tyagi through a gangster.
Along with this, Tyagi also claimed that a mafia called him and demanded a ransom of Rs 1 crore, threatening to kill him.
