Wiki : Prachi Mishra is a popular name in modelling world. She comes from Mirzapur in Uttar Pradesh from a typical Hindu family away from glamour and film world. Her father was a district judge in UP, while mother was a housewife. She was born and brought up in UP only in different cities owing to her father’s transfer including Meerut, Sultanpur, Agra and Varanasi. She did her B.Tech in Computer Science from the popular college called Hindustan College of Science and Technology based in Mathura in Uttar Pradesh. After doing her engineering, she headed to Pune to join the prestigious management institute called Symbiosis Institute of Business Management for doing her PG Diploma in Management.

She started her career by working in Standard Charted Bank based in New Delhi as an investment advisory. During her college days, she was involved in her modelling career wherein she participated in Femina Miss India pavement winning the title in 2012 at the age of 24. She also won the Femina Miss Congeniality, which are the sub contests for Femina Miss India. Later she headed to Philippines to represent India in Manila for the Miss Earth 2012 pageant wherein she won a gold medal for Miss Friendship in Group 1 at Miss Earth 2012 and later was crowned Miss Congeniality the very same year as discussed above.

Prachi Mishra has used her stardom and fame to do a number of humanitarian causes as well. Recently she was seen participating in the clean India campaign initiated by the prime minister of India Mr. India. She was involved in a number of social awareness campaigns pertaining to health, environment and other issues while working with a number of NGOs. Besides, she was also seen in a couple of Music videos and recently the popular singer Yo Yo Honey Singh also devoted one song of her album to Prachi Mishra.
