Mohit Malhotra is an actor from India and was born and brought up in Delhi. He is also a model apart from being an actor who was born on 4th April 1986. He completed his graduation in Management from Delhi University and later headed to the US to complete his PG in International Business from the known University of California, Berkeley. He then returned to India to enter into the world of acting and fashion. He started his career from Splitsvilla season 2 of the popular music channel called M TV as a contestant in 2009. The very same year he got the chance to work in the TV show called Mitwa Phool Kamal Ke playing the role of Birju in it aired at Star Plus.

The next year he got the chance to work Sasural Genda Phool playing the role of Sid aired again on Star Plus. Since it was no looking back for the actor as he got one TV show to the other. He then did a number of other TV shows which include Anhoniyon Ka Andhera, Nachle Ve as Contestant, Bade Achhe Lagte Hain as Kartik Sharma, Kya Huaa Tera Vaada, Gumrah: End of Innocence, India’s Dancing Superstar as a Host aired at Star Plus. He appeared in Mentals aired at Bindas playing his own role. In the year 2014, he got the popular show Yeh Hai Aashiqui playing the role of Mahesh Krishnan.

Some of his recent shows include Beintehaa playing Zubair Qureshi aired at Colors TV, the next year he got Jamai Raja playing Yash Mehra aired at Zee TV. In the year 2017, he did the role of Abhishek Awasthi in Chupke Chupke aired at &TV. He is currently doing the TV show called Laal Ishq playing the role of Shivam in it. His upcoming TV show includes Daayan. Talking about his likes, he loves traveling and reading apart from liking wine and Thai Curry. He is unmarried but is dating Joanna Magee who is his girlfriend. He was awarded twice by the Indian Telly Award for a new face in the year 2010. As said, he is also a model and has worked for brands like Pepsi, Royal Enfield, V Mart, Airce and Converges.
