Kim Sharma in legal trouble as her domestic help slaps assault case against the actress

Remember Kim Sharma, yes the ‘Mohabattein’  girl, she was seen in a legal trouble as we see her domestic help has slapped a complaint of assault against the actress. The lady or the house help called as Esther Khes, 31 has been working at her Khar residence from April 27 this year and she has alleged that Kim Sharma has physically assaulted her over a trivial issues and still has not cleared her salary. Talking about the incident she said once she washed her clothes she realized that her black blouse had blend into the white tee. She then said that she realized her mistake and told about the same immediately.

The maid then said she was not expecting her rude behavior about the incident and was seen pushing her out from her home asking her not to return. She then said that she hurled several abusing words over the lady. She then said that Sharma refused to clear her salary and once she finally refuses to give the money the maid went on to lodge a police complaint on 27th June.  As per the reports, the Khar Police has confirmed the event and has called it to be a non-cognisable offence under the sections 323 (voluntarily causing hurt) and 504 for the intentional insult with intent to provoke breach of the peace of the IPC against the accused. The police said that the complainant is likely to move the court for further legal action as per the law.

On the other side, when Kim was asked to comment, she said that she did not manhandled her and that she has asked to common 7th of the next month to get her salary settled with. She further went on to say that she did not beat her and that the lady had ruined her outfits worth 70,000. She said that when the maid informed her about the dress, she asked her to leave the house.  As per reports, the actress has left her Kenya based husband and now in an alleged relationship with the designer Arjun Khanna.
