Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, India. 11 March, 2020 – On the directions of the court, Bhopal’s Cyber Cell Police has filed an FIR under Sec.67a of the IT Act against Mrs. Kavita Gupta, daughter, and Mr. Amit Gupta, son of Mr. Narayan Gupta of Madhogarh in district Jalaun of Uttar Pradesh.

The brother-sister duo has been accused by the husband of Mrs. Kavita Gupta of spreading malicious and sexually explicit content including obscene pictures on WhatsApp to tarnish his image and reputation.

While investigation in this matter is yet to begin, it is to be noticed that the sister-brother duo have also been named in another similar FIR filed with the Bhopal Police by a famous model recently. The model has alleged that she is being threatened of leaking of her pictures and videos online and was being blackmailed.

Section 67A pertains to publishing or transmitting or causing to be published or transmitted in the electronic form any material which contains sexually explicit act or conduct. Whoever publishes or transmits or causes to be published or transmitted in the electronic form any material which contains sexually explicit act or conduct shall be punished.

On first conviction with imprisonment of either description for a term which may extend to five years and with fine which may extend to ten lakh rupees and in the event of second or subsequent conviction with imprisonment of either description for a term which may extend to seven years and also with fine which may extend to ten lakh rupees.

There has been an ongoing dispute between Mrs. Kavita Gupta and her husband who is a renowned cosmetologist and trichologist based in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh. Due to her troublesome behaviour, Mrs. Kavita Gupta’s husband had filed for divorce within a month of their marriage.

Subsequent to this, it has been alleged that Mrs. Kavita Gupta filed FIR against her husband and his family members in an attempt to pressurise them for money to settle the dispute.

The FIR has since been investigated and the investigating office has since filed his report that says that there is no evidence against Mrs. Kavita Gupta’s husband and his family members of any kind of harassment against her.

Although Jeetu Likhar grew up with strict parents and was never allowed to have videogames or consoles at home, his relationship with gaming started at a young age through social interactions at gaming centres and his friends houses. With the advent of social media and the internet, he fell in love with gaming and movies even more because of how strong the bond of the online community was. Although now he is married with two kids, a beautiful job, and a comfortable job at a bank, gaming will always hold a special place in his heart.
